 As a Developer, you will get to be part of a team that builds for a company which is operationally built on software. Job Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Creating end-to-end technology solutions that drive massive business impact
  • Deliver stable features at a high velocity while ensuring business continuity
  • Diagnose incidents and effectively communicate cause and mitigations
  • Learn quickly and adapt to the needs of our growth and rapidly evolving business environment

Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Professional experience building Python applications against a Postgres database
  • Professional experience building web applications with a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC architectures.  Ruby and Java experience also helpful.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS modeling/performance best practices
  • Exposure to building high-scale web application architectures (distributed systems, efficient algorithms, cloud architectures)
  • Strong CS fundamentals

 

What We Like To See / Measures of Success:

  • Building Single Page Apps / working with React/Redux a plus
  • Exposure to building responsive web applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and some design sensibilities
  • Comfortable developing in a Linux environment
  • A desire to learn new technologies and frameworks
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and without full direction

Working Conditions

  • Position requires prolonged standing or sitting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Operates phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment.
